Welcome to our delightful 20m2 single studio, completely refurbished and custom-built. It is air-conditioned and located at the foot of the Place de L'Etoile in the chic 16th arrondissement of Paris. A 5-minute walk from the metro and close to all amenities ! The geographical location of the studio will allow you to move very easily and quickly throughout the capital via its many public transport options : - Metro/RER: Charles de Gaulle - Étoile: Line 1/2/6, RER A: located 6 minutes walk from the studio. - Many day & night BUS lines - Several taxi companies available: Taxis G7 (the most used): call 36 07 - Vélib station

    Mi alojamiento fue estupendo, un piso extremadamente cómodo y sobre todo impecable en términos de limpieza, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, había tenido experiencias terribles con la limpieza en otros lugares donde me he quedado en las últimas semanas, llegar y encontrar todo limpio te hace sentir que tu dinero vale la pena, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al tanto y ha sido muy amigable, la ubicación es ideal, además cuenta con un supermercado en la planta baja, nos recibieron de manera excepcional, sin duda lo recomendaría y por supuesto que volvería pero incluso para una estancia más larga,

    Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, den Hauptort zu finden, an dem ich den Schlüssel abholen konnte. Die Adresse hatte zwei Einträge und ich habe versehentlich den falschen ausgewählt. Es gab Codes für den ersten Eingang, den Aufzug, den Schlüsselkasten und das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Schlüssel, sowohl beim Ein- als auch beim Aussteigen. Die Person, die auf meine Nachrichten reagierte, war äußerst schnell, rief mich an, um mir zu helfen, und behielt in meinen Panikmomenten Geduld. Das Anwesen ist ruhig, ordentlich und günstig gelegen. Es ist jedoch recht kompakt. Ich würde es nicht für eine größere Person empfehlen, insbesondere die Toilette. Aber da ich jetzt mit dem Ein- und Aussteigen vertraut bin, hätte ich nichts dagegen, noch einmal vorbeizukommen.

    Ich war wirklich überrascht von der stilvollen und geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtung, toll dekoriert, voll ausgestattet. Sie ist nicht groß, aber platzsparend und vollkommen komfortabel, super praktisch in der Benutzung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. 🫶🏼 Die Wohnung war voller kleiner, netter, ergänzender Details. ✨Die Lage ist wunderbar, sie ist perfekt für touristische Zwecke und aus sozialen Gründen, da fast alles in Paris nur einen kurzen Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt passiert. Ich habe auch den separaten Schlafbereich in der Wohnung sehr genossen, sehr gemütlich. Sie hat einen Aufzug, was in Paris selten ist, und auch der Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan. Es gab jedoch ein kleines Detail, das mir nicht gefallen hat … aus der Dusche gab es irgendwie kein heißes Wasser, es war ein bisschen warm, wie Zimmertemperatur. Aber insgesamt kann ich es wirklich empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 💜

    Die Wohnung war hervorragend, in bester Lage und zu einem angemessenen Preis. Der Gastgeber war äußerst entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit, und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das einzige Problem, das ich hatte, war die Schlüsselverwahrung in einem Schließfach 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, was es schwierig machte, den Schlüssel mit all dem Gepäck abzuholen und zurückzugeben.

    Abgesehen von der Unannehmlichkeit, die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abzuholen, was mir zusätzliche Kosten für das Taxi verursachte, und einer Tür, die sich nicht wie angegeben öffnete, was es mir schwer machte, die Schlüssel zu holen, war alles an diesem Ort fantastisch.
