A thoroughly charming and spacious 140 m2 summer house located in scenic Bøtø, just 450 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. This beautiful and unique house was built in 2022 and, in addition to its superb location, is bright and stylishly furnished with, among other things, an indoor spa and sauna, as well as an activity room with table football and PlayStation for children and the young at heart.The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 100-139 l freezer, and coffee machine. The window facade provides beautiful daylight to the living room and dining table. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth, and wireless internet.There are four bedrooms, all with double beds, as well as a loft with two mattresses. The two bathrooms in the cottage have a toilet, sink, and shower, and one also has a spa and sauna, which is perfect for a little relaxation. The cottage is heated by an air-to-air heat pump and radiator.The cottage is located on a beautiful 1200 m2 natural plot, so there is plenty of space for play and games. There are two soccer goals and a small playhouse for younger guests. On the east/north/west-facing wooden terrace, there is a toilet and an outdoor shower, which is perfect if you need to rinse off after a trip to the beach.Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or in the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the partially covered terrace while conjuring up a delicious meal on the gas grill. From a small forest path at the back of the house, you are led directly down to the beach.There is a charging station for electric cars, Type 2-IEC 62196-2.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
