Nestled within the village of Llanfoist, with a beautiful backdrop of the 3 mountains, the canal and picturesque Country side. Our home is a short walking distance to Abergavenny and an ideal location for Walkers, Family's & Business professionals. The property is Split over 3 floors consisting of, 2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 3 Double beds and 2 Zip link beds, it sleeps up to 8 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast bar and a comfortable Lounge with Smart TV, WIFI & Secure garden A spacious property finished to a high standard which has 2.5 Bathrooms one is an ensuite to the master bedroom this includes walk in shower. The second Bathroom has a shower over the bath and is located on the 1st floor, there is also a ground floor W.C for ease the downstairs. All bed linen and towels provided are professionally laundered. Kitchen amenities and essentials are available to ensure a comfortable stay inc: Double Fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle.. Private enclosed Garden with Patio area, which has Lovely Mountain views and a newly installed Cold Water Therapy Barrel for those of you that enjoy a cold water dip.. We offer Private parking. Access is from the front door of the property using the lockbox for the key, once open you will have full access to the home for the duration of your stay.. The property has its own private parking for two to three small – Medium cars on the drive, plus street parking next to the side gate. When you drive In front of the house, drive onto the tarmac ramp and parking is on the right, in the left hand lane opposite the grey bike shed.. Access to the private enclosed rear garden is via the patio doors from the living room or via the side gate once unlocked. We are always happy to help guests. So feel free to contact us by txt or phone if any issues arise or if we could be of any help during your stay. We have years of local knowledge and information to assist with planning your stay.. Nestled within the village of Llanfoist, with a beautiful backdrop of not one but, three famous Welsh mountains The Sugarloaf, The Skirrid and The Blorenge, Known locally as the Welsh Three Peaks, we are surrounded by endless country side stretching all the way to the Brecon Beacons National Park and Monmouth. The property is within walking distance of The market town Abergavenny, which is full of character and has plenty of places to enjoy eating or drinking with a vast choice of Cafes, Coffee bars, Restaurants and award winning Pubs. Abergavenny Town hosts a Theatre, Cinema, Leisure centre, Museum, Castle, Vineyard, Indoor & outdoor Market and of course plenty of Boutique independent Gift, Art and Book shops and of course SuperMarkets Including Waitrose, Morrisons and Tesco. Abergavenny is widely known for its Annual Food Festival which transforms the Town for two days every September, into the biggest event in the foodie Calendar. There are plenty of buses which pass through Llanfoist on which you can quite easy travel to other nearby towns, including Crickhowell host to the Green Man festival, Brecon host to the Annual Jazz festival and Hay on Wye host to the Literary Book Festival, so keep an eye out for local events. Abergavenny also has train station to travel further afield to explore even more of what Wales has to offer.
