We're on the sixth floor, so spectacular scenery surrounds you. Pop the kids over to the pool for one more dip before nap time; enjoy the area with easy beach access and conveniently located stores. Everything is close and easy here!

Our living room is a great way to enjoy some downtime between road trips and beach excursions. The plush couch is ultra-comfortable, in case you want to drift off to a nap. Our large 65" 4K Smart TV with a 4K DVD player is just perfect for watching your favorite movies and shows, and the ceiling fan keeps a cool breeze blowing to counter the sunshine streaming in from the sliding glass door. There is also Wi-Fi and streaming service apps provided for guest use.

The dining area just beyond the living room will probably become the family command center, for not only is it convenient for dining, it's also the perfect size for playing board games or cards. (You're connected with free wireless Internet inside this unit.) So tuck the Jenga into your suitcase and plan for some happy family gatherings "at home" this vacation!

Whether you're planning to cook in or eat out, you'll appreciate our fully equipped kitchen. We've got everything you need to prepare and serve a family feast. And if takeout and frosty beverages are more your style, you'll get a lot of use out of the microwave and coffee maker. Fill up the fridge with drinks and snacks and you're all set! There's convenient stores to grab groceries right nearby!

Seeking to make the beach your office? This condo is fully equipped for your "flexcation" with its three work areas that all boast of amazing views! Every room has excellent coverage as this getaway has a high speed WiFi network with 4 nodes. Along with a spacious desk, the master bedroom's work space has a USB Brother Color Printer/Scanner/Fax machine provided for your use.

This condo features a washer and dryer, which may cut your packing needs in half. Anytime you need to run some towels or toss in a quick load on your way out the door, you can get it done without leaving the condo. Make the most out of your beach time with these convenient features!

Speaking of convenience, this unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. The bedrooms are completely stocked with linens, blankets, and pillows (as are the bathrooms with towel sets), and the beds are ultra-comfortable. Everyone sleeps well here, which is so important during a busy vacation.

The primary suite will spoil you with a king-size bed, 55" 4K Smart TV, sliding glass door access to the balcony, plenty of dresser and closet space, and a spa-like primary bathroom. You'll love sleeping late and waking to the privacy of your own suite! The bathroom offers a luxurious bathtub.

This condo comfortably sleeps 8 boasting a king in the master suite, queen in the second bedroom, 2 full-size bunk beds and pull out chair that convets to a twin. The owner has also graciously provided board games and some beach equipment to make your stay better! A Central iWave Indoor Air Purification System using NBPI Technology has recently been installed.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level and a rooftop observation deck. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.

Using the credit card entered for your online reservation, Great Ocean Condos will securely process your $500 down payment. The balance can be conveniently paid via debit card at no additional charge or, if you prefer to use a credit card for the remaining balance, a 3% convenience fee would apply. A vacation planner will contact you to explain the full balance due process and answer any additional questions you may have regarding your reservation.
