A perfect location for exploring Denver! My friend group was reuniting in town, so all we wanted was to bop around and eat, drink and watch a Rockies game - this location couldn’t have been better. We also made great use of the upstairs deck! The prime RiNo location, smooth check-in process and great owner communication would for sure make us book here again!
The house has a great layout for families and groups - kitchen is fully equipped and we loved the open floor plan downstairs.The location is excellent for access to restaurants and shops. The rooftop deck is amazing! The attached garage is a real bonus.
Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying at your place. On Monday, walked around and saw the street art. We didn't even leave the condo on Tuesday because of the weather. We didn't run out of things to talk about. We were high school friends. Two of us live in st louis and one lives in Billings MT. we just wanted to go somewhere so we could visit. Thank you for providing us such a good place so that we could do that.

The host is incredibly communicative (really very much so); helped situated a remote team of colleagues who stayed and were coming & going during a busy conference week. Stay itself was fine - just fine - the group's suggestion is to have a sprucing up of some of the interiors and perhaps a deep clean as well. Location cannot be beat, will say that much!
Very happy with our stay! The location was perfect for our bachelor party as we could walk to so many restaurants and breweries and truthfully not a bad walk to downtown. The place was great for us and we really appreciated that there were three additional sleeping pads and tons of extra sheets and blankets/pillows so that everyone could have their own bed. Very nice to have a garage as street parking can be difficult. Would recommend and would stay again
Family stayed for a wedding at Blanc-we could walk there. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to relax between events! Salil was super helpful and answered every question promptly! RiNo and all it has to offer is right around the corner-spent many hours and steps exploring! Nice view from balcony! Wonderful place to stay!
Highly recommend booking your stay with salil. He had the best communication ive ever had when booking a rental property. Location is great and the amount of space we had was perfect for our group. Salil was also very accommodating to us which saved us a lot of stress. We will definitely be booking again for our next gathering!
Salil is an excellent host, very responsive, super thorough. Enjoyed contemporary feel of condo. Easy walking to restaurants in Rino district. Really liked Rye Society deli. Neighborhood is still in transition, appreciated garage parking.
Place is awesome and is walking distance of everything(or scooting distance). House is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably, all amenities up to date and everything was super clean. Top floor balcony is next level, all in all pay whatever u have to any price is well worth it!!

Salil was very easily accessible during our stay. The home was big enough for our party of 6 and we even hosted the groomsmen on wedding day to get dressed. Our wedding venue was walking distance to the home and they actually walked to the ceremony. Location is also close to breweries, restaurants and shops. Overall, perfect for our needs.

Good Location
This place is in a good location in terms of walking distance to bars and restaurants. However, it is a new building nestled in an older neighborhood. The building has some more wear and tear than shown in the photos and the cleanliness wasn’t up to our expectations, however, overall it was a fine place to stay. The host was very accommodating and let us have an early check in.

The house was great and the owner was very accommodating and nice, however the interior is looking pretty rough and needs a good cleaning and fresh paint.

I'm actually getting the place painted today! And it's on the schedule for a deep clean. I get a deep clean twice a year. Hopefully the fact I was able to allow you to check in at 9am made up for normal wear and tear. Come back again!
Booked the house because our daughter was getting married at BLANC and what an ideal location this was! Salil (house host) was a terrific communicator and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Garage was a bonus as we were there for the season's first snow storm....made getting inside the unit a breeze. One block to Larimer Street allowed everyone easy walking access to restaurants, breweries, and fun activities. Home had everything you could need (coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, etc) when traveling. We will definitely book this home on our next family trip to Denver!
This place was perfect for our group of 7. We were in town for an ultimate tournament in Aurora and access to the highway is only about three minutes from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfy! You can walk to one of the coolest neighborhoods in Denver - RiNo! The washer and dryer were so appreciated after long days on the fields. Salil is so communicative and easy to reach. We had a slight tub clog that he was able to immediately resolve before we were home for the day. We appreciated his responsiveness! Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful home!
As far as location goes, this property was great- we were able to walk to a ton of places. The house was nice, beds were comfortable and the owner was flexible with check in and check out times which was awesome. The listing said that linens were provided however there were no wash cloths. We requested them and were brought three hand towels, so make sure that you bring a loofa or wash cloth! Another suggestion I would make is for there to be a sponge or something to wash dishes with- we used paper towels! All in all, it worked for us and was the perfect location for what we were doing!
