Our family is lucky to offer you this beautifully remodeled queen anne victorian home that is on the quietest block in urban Denver. The home, built in 1893 has all the old world charm with the modern conveniences you will need. It boasts gorgeous crown molding, ten foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, italian oak stairway, skylights, original leaded glass windows and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are four balconies and a 2 ½ car garage which is very rare in this urban setting. This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is perfect for business or pleasure.

Located in the Baker neighborhood, the home is just a block from eclectic boutiques, fine dining, and some of Denver’s trendiest nightlife. Located just a 1/2 mile from light rail, and minutes from downtown Denver, this home provides the ideal location for exploring our majestic city on foot, bicycle or other transportation.

There is exciting Denver so close by, yet being on a cul-de-sac the house is in an oasis of calm with a secluded lush back yard and patio area to sip your morning coffee or evening night cap.

Centrally located cozy home
Shari’s place was very comfortable and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, music venues and bars. We enjoyed having a centrally located home base as we explored Garden of the Gods, the Denver Botanical Garden, Casa Bonita and other great sites.

Great location
The house was just as described and very charming. The host kept us informed and were quick to respond (we had no issues at all - all directions provided were clear and concise). Great location to restaurants, sports bars and Mile High Stadium. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Pre Thanksgiving break in Denver
We wanted a place that had character in an area of town (Baker) that checked off our must do's. Great food and thrifting on Broadway plus Washington Park, Cherry Creek a short drive away. Sharie was a gracious and very attentive host. House had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 teen girls. Could have used 1 more day but now we know where we still stay next time we venture to Denver

Beautiful House / refreshing work-cation
This is by far the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures made it seem. The house is close to everything we wanted to do (work conference, dining, Denver attractions). I went to work in the mornings attending a conference. And in the afternoons we were able to easily walk to restaurants, visit meow wolf, and explore. The house also served as our home base for trips to the zoo, breweries in Fort Collins, and other fun adventures. The host always responded super fast if we needed anything and made sure our stay was going well! A must stay if you’re ever in Denver for work or play!!

Lovely Respite
This beautiful home was exactly what my family needed when we were in town for a wedding. It was fairly close to the venues, and the parking was a plus. We also were able to walk up to Broadway and go out once our wedding obligations were done each night. Would definitely stay here again.
