We very much enjoyed our stay in this house! The location was perfect for us to visit with our son half a mile away. And the kitchen was so well equipped, he was able to make us dinner several times. Having the garage was a huge help, and so neat and tidy!The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed being so close to restaurants and shopping We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Fingers crossed it’s available.
Charming home in one of Denver’s historic neighborhoods. Great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Two-car garage makes parking easy. The home and the neighborhood have a great vibe. I will definitely check availability for my next trip to Denver!
Beautiful, unique comfortable home with many indoor and outdoor spaces to share or retreat to for peaceful solitude. The garage is a huge plus for convenience! Our host created a very warm welcome and was readily available to address our questions. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic family stay in Baker during a week when Denver saw all the seasons. (No, really: it was 75 and sunny one day, 3 inches of snow the next. That's shoulder season!)The property itself was charming, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. Host communication was some of the best I've encountered, and we loved the thoughtful welcome basket that awaited our arrival.Zero actual complaints, but one FYI: if you require a fully dark space to sleep, except in winter the master bedroom is may not be for you as there is a skylight and, understandably, light does get in. The other bedrooms would probably be just fine, and this was not an issue for us whatsoever.The location is fantastic! It's literally - actually literally, not Internet literally - a block and a half from all the restaurants and shops of Broadway, with amazing options ranging from a Vietnamese coffee shop to a killer Thai restaurant to biscuits 'n' gravy.Add it all up, and it was a lovely stay and good value for what we paid. I just wish I could clone the coffee shop into my own town...
This historic house is beautifully decorated and exceptional in all areas inside and out. We appreciated having the garage to park our car. The house is in a great location for seeing the sights of Denver. Sharie is an excellent host providing great communication and everything else we needed to make our stay perfect! We will definitely come back.
My daughter and I had a fantastic experience staying in this beautiful home for the weekend of my son’s wedding. I chose this home because of its proximity to wedding events, but I would choose it again for any reason to visit Denver! It is a gorgeous and immaculate home - so easy to find in the most interesting neighborhood. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions and left detailed explanations for security, garage, television remote. This was definitely a 5-star stay!

Beautiful historic home in the heart of the Baker district, a walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants. The central location was perfect since our trip included activities in multiple areas. The big garage made parking a breeze. The kitchen is well-appointed and has absolutely everything you would need to prepare chef-worthy meals - we were impressed. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.
