When I arrived at the Rental, one of the beds were completely soaked as well as the sheets. We were only able to use one of the two beds that we paid for and we didn’t hear back from customer support or the management of the property. Very, very, very disappointing customer service. This Could have been resolved very easily if prompt communication had happened. We checked out of our rental four days ago and still have not heard anything. We rented this Apartment for a week and notified your company about the problem upon arrival. I am still anticipating a response and a resolution.

Die Lage und der Preis der Unterkunft sind sehr ansprechend, vor allem, wenn man ein begrenztes Budget hat. Annehmlichkeiten wie Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Haartrockner und Handtücher waren vorhanden und praktisch. Es gab reichlich Tee und Kaffee, einen funktionierenden Kühlschrank und einen Herd. Der Gastgeber der Unterkunft war für Fragen oder Hilfestellungen leicht erreichbar. :D Auf der negativen Seite war die Wohnung nicht aufgeräumt und das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel. Die Unterkunft im 1. Stock des Innenhofs ist wie ein „Laden“ mit einer Plastiktür und beschlagenen Glasfenstern gebaut. Dies führte zu einer schlechten Schalldämmung und die Sicherheit wurde erreicht, indem die üblichen „Ladenjalousien“ vor der Tür geschlossen wurden. Das zweite Sofa war abgenutzt, eingefallen und knarrte. Der Handtuchtrockner hatte Rost, der einige unserer Kleidungsstücke beschädigte. Außerdem ist der Platz für vier Personen ziemlich begrenzt. Der Toilettensitz war beschädigt, was mir das Bein schmerzte 😅, und der Schaltkasten flackerte die ganze Nacht.
