Located in the center of the Marais, 3 minutes from The HOTEL De VILLE, a stone's throw from rue Vieille du Temple and rue des Rosiers, its shops, cafes and restaurants, and Beaubourg

Overall it was a pretty average experience. Most of the issues were communication. I asked for an early check-in and didn't get a reply from the host. When we did receive instructions the code didn't work to the lock box. They didn't reply to our calls and so we had to call 5 times. They finally got us our code. The details of the apartment were a bit off. Couch was a bit rougher than in the photos; the bathroom door didn't shut all the way; and small details of the artment made it feel a little unfinished. When I asked the host for check-out instructions I didn't receive a reply until after we left. The location was nice. It was right by the tram and lots of great places to eat and visit right around our neighborhood.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon at the prescribed time of 4:00 p.m. It took us 5 hours to finally gain entry to our apartment. We contacted a fictitious “Mr Fretty”, as instructed, and the call rang out every time.Communication with us should have been direct and only through Stayz. We did not ask to be redirected to Belvilla with whom we had had no contact.Apparently we were sent check in details through another provider “Prestige Studio…” As we don’t open emails from unknown sources we didn’t see it.All “help line” services seemed to pass the buck from one to another. We were at the point of having to book a hotel to have somewhere to sleep when we were finally provided with check in details. This process took 5 hours and was very stressful for us.

Due to the heat the apartment is oppressive. Even with 5 fans you could not sleep. Further this is advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment. It isn’t. It’s a small studio with a double bed and a sofa bed. Limited storage in fact the wardrobe was broken and held laundry etc. wokk uk la not recommend I the summer months. We only spent 1 night and had to leave and pay for a hotel with air conditioning.

Das ist eine tolle Lage im Herzen von Paris. Wir konnten vom Apartment aus zum Louvre laufen und mit der Metro zu allen Zielen fahren. Das Apartment hat die perfekte Größe für drei Personen und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Gastgeber hat uns außerdem ausführliche Anweisungen gegeben. Unser Aufenthalt im Studio Prestige in Le Marais war wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Paris zu erkunden, und das Apartment war makellos. Der Gastgeber war zwar aufmerksam, die Kommunikation könnte jedoch besser sein, da sie auf Textnachrichten beschränkt war und Antworten etwa eine Stunde dauerten. Darüber hinaus bemerkten wir einige kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten, wie das Fehlen eines Mülleimers im Badezimmer und grundlegender Küchenutensilien. Insgesamt entsprach unser Aufenthalt jedoch unseren Erwartungen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
