An absolutely beautiful, modern, and well appointed space in a location convenient to central Angra. The views from the balcony are amazing. Very cozy!Be aware that there is an elementary school nearby so parking gets tight when school is in session and there can be some noise when the children are playing in the school yard. But otherwise it is very quiet with the good quality windows closed.

City house is new and spotless. The beautiful decor and light make it feel very luxurious. The view from the balcony was wonderful, in the morning for coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. It is an easy quick walk to the city center with free parking in the rear of the rental. I would return.
