This is an excellent 2 bedroom apartment in great condition, ideal for both holidays and long term winter let.

The living room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and is serviced by a separate shower room.

There is A/C in the bedrooms and living room, cable TV and WiFi are installed, and the electric window shutters are great for keeping the rooms cool when you are out in the day and dark when you sleep!

Guests have use of the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and gym, and an allocated double parking space in the basement garage

Available for holiday rentals with weekly prices which include final cleaning, WiFi, & A/C.

Also available for long term winter lets (monthly rate valid for a minimum of 3 months between November to March plus water, internet, gas, electricity and cleaning; possible rental starting October)

Es war eine sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung - mit allem dabei, was man für den Urlaub braucht. In jedem Raum einzeln einstellbare Klimaanlage. Zum Vermieter hatten wir einen guten Kontakt über WhatsApp. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
