This tranquil eco holiday home in Dorsington offers an immersive woodland escape where luxury meets sustainability. It\'s perfect for couples, small families,solo travelers looking for a restorative getaway in the heart of America\'s natural beauty.
The open-plan living area is warm and inviting, with natural textures and comfortable furnishings perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The large windows along the front of the property allow lots of natural light to flow through the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need with ample space for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area features a handcrafted wooden table with seating for four.
Acorn Cottage features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, natural wood furnishings and an ensuite featuring a bath and walk-in shower. The second single bedroom provides a cozy, tranquil space with a bespoke single bed and subtle decor that reflects the natural world outside. The main bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. A convenient powder room is located on the ground floor.
There is a private, fenced off garden that wraps around the side and back of the property offering a peaceful retreat. The garden features a spacious patio with garden furniture providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining. There is also secure bicycle storage on the property.
We welcome up to two dogs to stay at an additional charge of $35 per pet.
Acorn Cottage offers parking for up to 2 vehicles outside the property.
The Heart of England Forest spans over 7,000 acres and has ambitious plans to grow into a 30,000-acre contiguous native broadleaf woodland. There are miles of public trails to explore and really discover the woodlands and getting back to nature. Walk out from the cottages straight down to the Noleham Brook and trace its path to the River Avon, following in the footsteps of otters,wander over to Colletts Pond, teeming with a variety of bejeweled dragonflies and damselflies. The forest comprises a mosaic of habitats from flower-rich meadows to newly planted woodland, from ponds and other wetland areas to mature and ancient woodland.

Lovely little cottage in the countryside, surrounded by fields and wildlife. Absolutely idyllic and peaceful. Apartment was very clean and well equipped and super cozy and comfortable, yet modern and practical! Had a great stay!
Property was lovely and as advertised. Great location for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and the northern part of the Cotswolds.

Another perfect stay
This was our 4th stay at Acorn cottage.That says it all really.
It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy great dog walks, and check out the local area.
