A lovely family villa only 500m from Pampelonne beach and Club 55. With 4 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, modern furnishings, Villa Carla is the perfect seaside holiday home.

Located off the boulevard Patch, Villa Carla is a sunny house with a green garden full of Mediterranean plants, fig and pomegranate trees; it houses a heated pool, parking for 3 cars, an electric gate, and several lounge areas where guests can relax in the sun, or shade: take in the sun around the pool, take a nap in the cabana, or enjoy a glass of rosé on the terrace.





The house has a large open common room with living room, dining room and vibrant modern and fully equipped kitchen.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an ensuite shower room and WC; the last bedroom is on the garden level with an ensuite shower room and direct access to the swimming pool.

There is AC in all bedrooms and an alarm system.
