Avalon House (COMPLETE)

It has two floors and a spacious garden. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living-dining room with a cosy fireplace and a large table; the fully equipped kitchen; and a bathroom. On the ground floor is the fifth bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious game room. We call it “The Cave” because it’s partially carved out of the mountain rock itself. For guests’ enjoyment, the room features foosball, a ping-pong table, a poker table, a dartboard, and board games.
The upper floor consists of four bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Outside, guests have access to on-property parking, a spacious garden, a porch, a covered built-in barbecue, a covered terrace, a pool, and a beach volleyball court.
Avalon is a tourist resort located in the natural surroundings of Robledo de Chavela, 65 km from Madrid and 15 km from San Lorenzo del Escorial.
It is divided into two completely independent units—Avalon 102 and Avalon 103. Each has its own entrance from different streets and features a garden, a covered brick barbecue, a gas barbecue for summer, a pool, and a beach volleyball court. Both are fully fenced and separated from each other by a gate, though they are connected by a covered walkway.
You can rent the entire complex or just one of the units, depending on the number of guests. You’ll love our space because of the nature that surrounds it, the tranquility, and because it’s perfect for spending time together. The accommodation is ideal for families, groups of friends, and children.
