This characteristic attic apartment, designed in a modern Tyrolean style, can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child under the age of 14.
The apartment boasts a unique atmosphere, with intricate details and high-quality finishes that make it one of a kind.
The property includes two bedrooms: one semi-open loft with two single beds and another traditional bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a bright living room with a kitchenette, washing machine, and a double sofa bed. Please note that the semi-open loft bedroom is located in the attic, which features a lower ceiling height. We recommend referring to photos and the Virtual Tour for a better understanding.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your mountain getaway: a dishwasher, stovetop, fridge with freezer, microwave, traditional oven, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishes, and much more.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of the building and is accessible via an elevator.
Free amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 4
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Casa Dolasilla offers a cozy apartment in a condominium located in the residential heart of Selva di Val Gardena, Ski-In / Ski-Out from the ski slopes of the Dolomiti Superski area and the famous Sellaronda circuit.
The location is ideal for any type of activity, with ski slopes, hiking trails, bars, restaurants, shops, and more just steps away.
During winter, the position is nothing short of spectacular for ski enthusiasts, as the Sellaronda runs practically behind the house.
In summer, hiking trails start right behind the property, leading to magical spots like Vallunga, Dantercepies/Passo Gardena with its cable car, Sai Uedli, and many other stunning places in the Dolomites.
Less than 400 meters from the house, you'll find two playgrounds, one of which includes a small soccer and basketball court, as well as the cycling path that runs through the entire Val Gardena – a true paradise for children!
The house is equipped with various amenities, including a parking space in a garage (suitable for medium-sized cars), a washing machine in the apartment, Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, free bed linens, and towels.
Pets are NOT allowed.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.
Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
