The apartment is in a very good location, not far from the centre. It’s in a quiet area, far from the noisy centre. The three balconies boast impressive views of the surrounding mountains (including Mont Blanc). The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom, which has a hairdryer and a first aid kit. There is also a parking space and a lift. We will definitely come back!

Les Trois Balcons Apartment
Super comfy and very well located apartment. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, restaurant and bakery. The apartment slept a family of 4, there was plenty of space for everything you need to bring on a skiing holiday and access to a bootroom below. There is a lift available for luggage.
The access instructions were very clear (even allowing for an after hours arrival)
Communication was excellent throughout.
Would highly recommend staying here as the gang at Chamonix All Year were excellent.

Comfortable, quiet, and perfect location!
The Trois Balcons apartment was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal-- a few minutes walk from the main Chamonix Sud bus station and easy to walk into town. It's set back from the road so it's quiet. Excellent views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and it had a spacious living area for hanging out. The apartment was very clean and they even provided laundry detergent, which was super helpful for needing to do one load of wash. Free parking was also a perk. Chamonix All Year was super responsive during our stay. We've stayed in lots of different apartments in Chamonix and this feels like a gem to have found. Would definitely come back!

We loved this apartment, less than 5 mins walk to chamonix sud bus stop where you can get transfers from the airport or to the slopes each day. The apartment itself was great. Well stocked kitchen, spacious living area, overall it was perfect for our stay.
