Central Chamonix apartment with swimming pool, parking & Mont Blanc views
Le Beausite is a three bed apartment in central Chamonix with pool and views of Mont Blanc. One third of our guests come and stay again - both in winter and summer.
Perfect for skiing or summer, our apartment is 5-10 minutes from the Brevent ski lift and has a private residents pool (open mid-June to mid-September) and south facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc for sunny days.
We have 3 double bedrooms (all with twin beds that can be pushed together is required) a large open plan kitchen and lounge nearly 9m long, a separate hallway with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and wetroom (both with WC). We are on the second floor and there is lift access.
There is ski hire shop and supermarket just below the apartments and plenty of transfer companies which run shared taxis from Geneva airport.
We are moments from the best patisserie in the village for those delicious breakfast morning runs, and right next to some of the best restaurants, bars, and cinema.
There is a 55' television for lazy days, WI-FI internet access, dishwasher and washing machine, and ski locker.
The parking is gated and is reserved for residents, although we don’t have individual spaces. In the event that all the spaces are full (this can happen occasionally usually during the busiest weeks such as New Year and Feburary Half Term) there are car parks (Lionel Terray and Saint-Michel) along the road behind the apartment and free on-street parking on Route des Pecles (just beyond the Lionel Terray car park, parallel to Route des Gaillands)
Please note the pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Check is between 5pm and 9pm. Check out 10am.

We had a wonderful week in Chamonix and really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Everything we could have wanted was there for us. The balcony was special for relaxing and enjoying the views of the mountain. The situation was especially good for us as we were able to reach the shops and the stations without too much walking. The host was very helpful and informative. We would be delighted to stay here again.
We stayed in August as a family of 5 with teens & a 6 year old. We all had a great week. The apartment is in a great location & it's kitted out well, no issues at all.
The view from the balcony was amazing, we miss it!! Pool was fab after a day's hiking. Kids loved the luge too!! Great memories 🙂
We had a brilliant time. The apartment is in an excellent location to the main shopping area and buses to the slopes. It was perfect for our family of six and 2 bathrooms kept the boys & girls happy. Lovely views of Mont Blanc. We hope to be back in 2024

Great appartment in Chamonix
This was my 4th skiing vacation in Chamonix, and the best apartment so far. The apartment is spacious (for 7 adults), clean and comes with a great view of the Mont Blanc massif.
The apartment is close to a grocery store, great restaurants and pubs and it´s walking distance to the the Aiguille du Midi and Plan Praz gondolas.
The contact with the owner before, during and after the stay was impeccable, and everything described in the overview is accurate.
Highly recommended apartment and vacation site
We were amazed by the views of Mont Blanc from the apartment - both from the balcony and bedroom window. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Ian the host was fantastic - ensuring all the way through from booking to leaving we were well looked after. He even helped us when our son needed a doctors appointment - nothing was too much trouble for Ian to help us with. We would absolutely return to this property.
Our family of five had an absolutely fantastic stay in this generously spacious apartment! Nestled in the heart of Chamonix's pedestrian area, the location couldn't be more perfect. The breathtaking views of Mont Blanc are simply unforgettable, a sight that will leave you in awe every time you look out the window or swim in the shared pool - a rare gem in central Chamonix. It's so large, you could practically spot it from the Aiguille du Midi at a staggering 3800 meters!
I wholeheartedly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay. It's a true Chamonix treasure that you simply must experience!

Lovely!
The apartment was very nice. We weren't quite expecting a large apartment block, but once inside, it was cosy and warm, with everything we could wish for. The proximity to town was also great, without being noisy at night. Lots of skiiing options within 10 mins or so drive or ski bus. For the kids, Argentiere and La Tour were ideal, which is where we spent most of our time. Summer must be fabulous with the pool. Thank you for a memorable stay.
We visited Chamonix I August and it was VERY busy. Luckily, the apartment was right in the middle, walking distance to everything and with free train and buses in the valley, it was easy to get around. No air con, but easy to get a breeze. I worried being over shops/restaurants would make it noisy, but actually it’s set back, so you don’t get street noise. Great communication from Ian throughout.

Great apartment in a great location
This is a great apartment in a brilliant town-centre location. It's well-appointed, comfortable and stylish and has amazing views across the valley towards Mont Blanc. The wood burner is wonderful on a cold night. Everything was clean and in good order when we arrived. We love being in the middle of town and Le Beau Site is good because it's so close to the shops, restaurants and the atmosphere of town. Despite this proximity, it's not noisy. Heartily recommended.

A super apartment in a great location in the town
Our party of 6, including my parents who are in their 70s, were all extremely comfortable on our visit to le beau site in Chamonix at Easter 2008. The appartment is stylishly decorated with a modern 'retro' theme, lots of space for everyone yet surprisingly cosy with sofas, tables and lamps and an impressive woodburning stove. It was great to sit around the big dining table in the evening after a day on the piste. My dad (77) skied for the first time at Le Savoy and La Tour. My mum did not ski but was happy to watch. This time we bought our lift tickets individually rather than the full pass upfront which saved a lot of money as on some days we skied just in the afternoon at Les Houches which had brilliant snow and was very quiet. We all also enjoyed a trip on the rack and pinion mountain railway to the mer de glace. There are many reasonably priced local style restaurants within 2 minutes walk of the apartment and excellent quality fresh food in the local shops.
The apartment has a decent size and the location is ideal. We've enjoyed our stay a lot. Ian is a very encouraged host and reacts very fast to messages.
This was our fifth visit to Chamonix and one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. The views from the balcony are first class, the pool a real bonus for the children and the accommodation itself was fantastic. It contains everything we needed for a great two week trip.

Proche de tous commerces et en plein centre ville, cela permet pour ceux qui le souhaitent de ne pas bouger la voiture.
Une vue à couper le souffle.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille avec deux enfants dont un en bas âge. L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, et même de petits bonus (dvd, documents et cartes sur les randonnées…). Le parking est très pratique surtout en période très touristique.
Il faut noter néanmoins qu’on entend un peu les voitures (il y a un axe assez passant qui longe l’arrière de l’appartement) mais cela n’a pas gêné notre séjour.
Le logement est très agréable et très bien équipé.
Il est également situé en plein centre ville.
Le seul bémol est la proximité de la route car le matin on est réveillé par les voitures
Les plus : bien situé à Chamonix avec possibilité de se balader dans les rues piétonnes sans difficulté. Appartement de bonne taille. Les moins : absence totale d'isolation phonique et thermique. Le bruit des voitures dans la rue est insupportable.
