For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment. Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation. Exceeding is not permitted. (for example: 3 bedrooms = 3 people maximum
