Upper Floor
On the upper floor, you’ll find a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower.

There are also two bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a cosy double bed.
Second bedroom with two comfortable single beds, ideal for friends, family, or children.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, so you can feel completely at home. You can also enjoy the communal pool, a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Water and electricity usage charges
Water and electricity are relatively expensive on Curaçao. We place great importance on responsible use and therefore bill these costs separately based on your actual consumption.

The property is equipped with energy-efficient appliances, such as a refrigerator and air conditioners. However, please keep in mind that intensive use of the air conditioning can increase energy consumption. The rates are €0.40 per kWh for electricity and €9.00 per m³ for water. On average, costs are around €80 per week.

Upon arrival and departure, the metre readings are recorded and shared with you, ensuring that the billing process is completely transparent. The final payment is made in cash at XCG.

Cleaning for longer stays
For stays longer than 10 days, an interim cleaning is required. The cost for this is €50
