The check in process was very poor - we were not sent the codes to get in despite asking and it took two hours and a call to the emergency local rep to get the information we needed to access the apartment. Once in the apartment it was clean but one of the bedrooms had a water leak in the ceiling and walls that got worse over our stay. The shower in the second bedroom only worked if you were fixed to the opposite wall as the shower head direction was incorrectly set. Despite raising our complaints directly with Belleville and VRBO we have heard nothing. Very poor service and I would not recommend using VRBO again.
