Experience a unique stay in a newly renovated, three-level village house dating back to 1927. This charming home is full of positive energy and ready to provide joy and comfort for your holiday. Conveniently located in the center of the island, the house is perfect for exploring the area's natural beauty and stunning beaches.

The property is fully equipped to meet your needs, featuring two kitchens with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a gas stove, and a toaster to help you prepare your favorite meals or delicious breakfasts. The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with two cozy double beds in separate rooms and a single bed in another bedroom.

The living room is equipped with a large LCD TV and the House gives access to high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring relaxation and entertainment during your stay. For those warm summer days, the house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Clean towels and sheets are provided throughout your stay, and the kitchen on the ground floor includes a washing machine and ironing facilities for your convenience.

Both the entrance of the House and the garden veranda are furnished and offer a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy stunning views of the lush, green village while having quiet dinners. Outside the kitchen, there’s an open veranda leading to a garden filled with trees and flower pots. The garden also features a traditional oven for grilling and baking with coal or wood.

Our house is situated in the heart of the village, within walking distance of local shops. The nearest pharmacy and clinic are located in Venerato, just 1 kilometer from the village center. The Heraklion airport and port are 26 and 24 kilometers away, respectively, and the nearest beach, Ammoudara, is just 20 kilometers away. You can also reach other beaches to the south of the island in less than 30 minutes car drive.

Mini markets are available in the village center of Kerasia and nearby Venerato, 1 kilometer away. Venerato is also home to traditional tavernas, where you can savor local dishes and enjoy authentic, non-bottled wine.
