Sail Lodge consists of a kitchen with gas range with eight burners and double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining room with electric fire and seating for 20 people, sitting room with TV, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and basement play room. The bedrooms consist of a basement family-room, ground-floor double with en-suite, family-room, double with en-suite, double, second-floor family-room with en-suite, second-floor double, and second-floor twin, serviced by four bathrooms and second-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed courtyard with hot tub and furniture, and front, non-enclosed garden with patio, lawned area, and furniture, and permit, roadside parking for five cars.
