There is a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms, a dining room with a gas fire, a snug with a woodburning stove and a ground-floor and a first-floor utility. Outside there is off-road parking for eight cars and a large garden with an enclosed lawn area, a lawn area and a patio area with hot tub and furniture. 1 Deepdale Avenue is an outstanding base for a family gathering to North Yorkshire. Note: Due to the residential location, the hot tub is unavailable after 10pm.
