OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Professional assistance on site;
Dedicated maintenance staff for emergency response;
Electricity consumption up to 700 kW/week;
Extra to be paid on site:
Linen (bath towels, pool towels, and bed sheets) initial set: €50 per person;
Final cleaning: €756;
Tourist tax from April 1st to October 30th: €5 per day, for guests over 11 years old;
Refundable security deposit by pre-authorization on credit card before arrival: €4,500
On request:
Cleaning, minimum 5 hours for 2 housekeepers: €350 each time (if booked at the time of reservation: €280);
€75 / double bed for single use with only one set of towels;
€35 / towel set only;

COMPLEX RULES
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check-in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.
The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.
Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.
Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.
Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.
Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.
We kindly inform our guests that from mid-September to mid-June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.
