Our unique beach house will seduce you with their charm and character. Enjoy a breathtaking view in a modern and natural setting while taking advantage of all the amenities for your comfort, fun and pleasure.

Villa Spezioza is part of Portobello di Gallura Residential Park. The whole area is private with a 24h/day security. The centre of the Park has an excellent restaurant, a bar, a small market, a first aid centre, tennis courts, football and basketball fields.

The main feature of the villa is the comfort of having a direct access to the beach right in front of the house and a fabulous, big infinity pool with a sea-view.

Villa Specioza provides all the needed amenities and comforts. Its main section has 3 bedrooms, each with a seaview, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and a fully furnished kitchen.

The Villa has also guest-houses, with two double-bedroom and a two bathroom.

All around the structure of the villa there is a spacious terrace that covers the whole property for a 360 degrees outdoor experience. This space also has a garage, a pizza oven and external showers.

Other things to note:
In the off-season, it is possible to heat the water in the swimming pool for an additional fee.

Amazing holiday!!!

It was a perfect holiday! Villa is amazing, directly on the beach, very modern and fully equipped. Inside was really clean, comfy beds, quiet at night. Swimming pool is really big, we could enjoy the sunset from there and of course we had lots of fun during the pizza making! For me it was a great experience and I will definitely visit you again!

Framily Vacation

We were three families with children ages 5 through 11. This house was spectacular. It is such a unique property with amazing views in any direction that you look. Whether you’re looking out to the sea at the beautiful rock formations, or you’re looking at the landscaped pool, or you’re enjoying the beautiful structure of the house itself, the views never disappoint. The kitchen is very well equipped with state of the art appliances and overall everything is decorated tastefully and beautifully. We will return!

Beautiful property

House had an amazing view but a few hiccups we experienced. Nothing has instructions, there was no booklet with helpful information (i.e. who to call in an emergency, market hours, etc.), property manager doesn’t speak English, we ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. and had to ask for more, only sheets provided, no blankets, and the golf cart only worked for a few days. The house has so much potential but we won’t be renting this property again.

Thank you for your stay - we are pleased to hear that you liked the unbeliveble view, there is no negative comments on the house itself and you recognize its great potential! We appologize for any inconviniences you have experienced - in fact this is our first rental season and we are still learning how to be good hosts so we value a lot your feedback. We have provided in our VRBO description all the details and also send an email upfront with all the details but your are right printed booklet could help more. Our local Sardignian lady is very pleasant and helpful but she will not command sufficient English unfortunatelly. We still think it is important to have local person providing services and having opportunity to work and support local community despite some language problems. We use google translate and it works! :-). On the supplies or bed sheets it is surprising as we stocked the house at the season beginig, so must have been lack of coordination - we are sorry for that. Golf cart is a new problem which never happend before - we asked electrician for thorough review/maintenance…. We are learning fast and keep improving our services so that full potential of our Portobello Villa can be enjoyed in full! Thank you again for your stay and feedback

Maison fabuleuse, emplacement d’exception

Nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances en famille dans la Villa Specioza, grace aux qualité de cette maison et au grand confort dont les hôtes nous ont fait profité. La maison a toutes les qualités : elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, très bien conçue, agencée, décorée et meublée avec beaucoup de soin. Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants, chacun avait de l’espace (chambres et salles d’eau spacieuses), les espaces de vie sont très agréables en groupe (le salon et cuisine se prolongent sur l’extérieur côté mer et coté cour). La cour est abritée du vent et fait partie intégrante de la vie de la maison. Les enfants ont beaucoup joué dehors. Tous les objets et équipements de la maison sont aussi de grande qualité, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la plage si proche et des environs malgré la météo changeante du mois d’octobre. Le domaine est grand, lorsque nous y étions (dernière semaine d’octobre) c’était très très calme, il y avait très peu de résidents mais l’épicerie était ouverte. Un grand merci à Joanna et à sa famille de nous avoir fait partager cette expérience dans leur villa.
