Host cancelled a few hours before check in, after we had already travelled to the location. Absolutely disgusting treatment, they claimed to have double booked the property but how is that possible to only discover that on the day of check in? Owner should be banned from Vrbo

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after you had already travelled, and we take full responsibility. Apartment was very clean, host responded quickly to assist us with check-in, and the town was within 30 min of all we wanted to see in the region. Very comfortable for our family of four. Really loved the enclosed patio!
