About this property

The backyard features a huge stone deck, outdoor kitchen area, 8 foot privacy fence, beautiful pool and spa.*

The interior features a huge new master bedroom and modern bath. Four other bedrooms are uniquely decorated with a tour of the world theme.

The home is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. We rent to families. Limited use of alcohol is expected. No large parties or kegs. Thanks for honoring our neighbors.

You will have access to the entire home and back yard. There is an alley driveway that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Additional parking is on the street in the front of the property.

You must be 40 to book. The nightly rate is based on 10 person occupancy (12 and older). An additional $20 per person per night will be assessed for each person beyond this. Maximum occupancy is 12.

*NOTE: Spa use fee of $75 per booking. During the winter months (Nov-Apr) there is an additional fuel use fee of $300 per booking to heat the pool. Please let us know before you book if you plan to use these amenities. Thank you.

Excellent place for large geoup

We had a mini reunion and there were plenty of places for all couples to stay. Great property in Bryan and worked well for hanging out after the football game.

Great Game Weekend House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Aggie football game weekend. Being on the Bryan side of town proved very convenient and easy to get to and from campus. The pool is beautiful and was greatly enjoyed Saturday by everyone. The house is very spacious and clean. The owners are very kind and excellent communication. We look forward to renting again.

Wonderful Aggie Weekend

The home and pool are excellent for a football weekend. There is ample room to spread out and cook for a group. Highly recommend. Bruce is responsive and welcoming!

Perfect House for family getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. It was perfectly located close to everything we needed. Our family met there from all over the US for a our son's graduation. The appliances were top of the line and the furnishings lovely. Truly enjoyed the themed bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again when visiting College Station. Thank you so much to the host and again we loved this property.

Bryan Tx.

We chose the Bryan/CS area because it was a central meeting place for our group. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was perfect. The house was well appointed, comfy beds.

I am retired Army. My wife (TAMU class of '82) and I lived in this neighborhood over 26 years. We moved to College Station in 2020 but have close ties to this neighborhood having raised our 7 children just down the street.

Why they chose this property

The house is beautiful! It has been very popular since we started offering is as a vacation rental the Fall of 2017. This is a safe neighborhood. Our neighbors watch out for each other and communicate when something doesn't look right.

What makes this property unique

The hot tub, pool and back yard are great for relaxing. The five bedrooms are uniquely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen has a large oven/gas range and large LG fridge. The den, formal living and 2 dining rooms are comfortable for families to gather or to spread out. The formal living room has an antique couch and chairs. The new master has a king bed and a king size bathroom too.
