Perfect Stay

We rented the property for Spring Game weekend. It was a perfect spot for our crew to stay between visits to campus. We would recommend this spot for anyone wanting a quiet neighborhood but not far from campus.

Great game day experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Even with a little traffic we were at the game in 10-15 minutes. Lots of great home touches and the hosts were great. Would highly recommend.

Great Ring Day

Host was easy to communicate with, lots of parking space, kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, kitchen tools! Pool was very clean, but cold (surprisingly). They had lots of pool towels available. Laundry room is great, we were able to wash and dry towels to use fresh ones the next day. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms! Lots of seating for meals. It felt very homey and comfortable for our family.

Great location!

It was so nice to have a pool for when the rain stopped, and so nice to be in a wonderful neighborhood near so many things that we wanted to see and do. There was plenty of room for our friends and family, and Kimberly was very responsive--even on her birthday! Loved the shower in the master bath! Easy checkout instructions, too. We would stay there again.

Spacious

We were in College Station for a Football game, we had 12 family members stay here for four nights and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a fabulous time enjoying the house and the amenities, especially the pool area. The location was perfect for our daily needs. Kimberly was a great host and we enjoyed her hospitality and we were thankful for her attentiveness. I Highly recommend this beautiful home and location!

College Station

We were in College Station to perform a memorial for my brother-in-law and had family coming in from Boerne, New Braunfels, Arkansas, and Houston. This was the PERECT place to meet and reflect. It was beautiful, peaceful, and met our every need. Everyone was very happy with the choice and would definitely stay again. Thumbs up!!!

Good, clean place. Upstairs beds are doubles so non-spouse sleeping for adults is awkward. Plenty of space, descent tv setup and a very nice pool for warmer weather. Try it, you will like it.

Just like home

This home is perfect for family visiting College Station. We brought our family down to celebrate our Aggie's birthday and attend the football game on Saturday. This home is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need. We hope to come back on one of our future visits to Aggieland.
