The apartment is located on the 12th floor of the Torre Estoril building. It has a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. A fully renovated bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and portable oven and kitchen utensils and communicates with a gallery with a washing machine.
The lounge also has access to the terrace, provided with sofa bed, dining table, WiFi, TV and air conditioning for a fee.
The building has a seasonal outdoor community swimming pool surrounded by grass, a community parking subject to availability, and concierge service. The area is pleasant, next to the weekly market in Benidorm, close to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
