Check out this wonderful apartment, just 10 minutes from the beach.
The apartment is south-facing and is located on the 5th floor of the Kennedy 1 building. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, gallery and two balconies, with ideal capacity for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
The master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom with a single nest bed that easily converts into a double bed.
Both bedrooms share a covered balcony with views of the swimming pool.
The second bathroom also has a bathtub.
The kitchen is spacious, with an oven, microwave and access to a gallery to be able to do the laundry.
The dining room has TV, WiFi and air conditioning for a fee and access to a small terrace with outdoor furniture.
The community facilities offer a seasonal outdoor community pool and an outdoor parking space in the building.
