Good location near all attractions and restaurantsWiFi worked wellNot so goodProperty images do not reflect the current state of the unit. Stained walls and mattess(found in last day) limited or missing linens. No tea towel. There is no dryer as listed. Property is not as light as shown in the images. Coffee maker is stainless steel espresso stove top only. Living area couches very low and soft not suitable for anyone with restricted mobilityThere was no information or bags to take trash out. The calendar of garbage collection was 6 years out of date Many of the the pots, cups and glasses had to be washed prior to use. They had not been cleaned prior to next renters. Sticky! Two broken fans were turned into one by Marco who was quick to attend and fix. Only 3 pillows with 2 having covers in rest did not. No replacement towels or linen during an 11 night rental. Bathroom has a shower cubicle fitted that drains slowly not a bath as shown. Some drain smells at times in bathroom.

Dear Scott, thank you for your review. I will try to address all complaints one by one. -We apologise about the walls and mattress. The linens were provided for 2 beds, as per your request, and 3 people. We are not a hotel so we don't change sheets during the stay unless required and paid for the extra linens by the guest. The house has a washer and a drying rack on the terrace. If you had asked us about that we would've told you. -the moka pot is a staple to every italian house, it is a standard cofee maker. Otherwise we would've written "coffee machine" - Sorry that the sofa was not suitable for you - The garbage calendar is the same every year - We tried to fix the ventilator issue as soon as we could - We will take better care of the kitchen dishware and the bathroom, thank you for bringing that to our attention. At last, I hop eyou enjoye dyour stay nonetheless and we wish you luck on your future travels Kind regards, CleanBnB- Pisa
