Cool, simple, stylish studio, with a hint of 80s retro, in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea. Bold, open plan layout with a high, Victorian ceiling and bay window. Shower room and toilet.
Ideally located just 5 minutes from the train station and Kings Road with its cafes, restaurants and mid-century antique shops. The best bars in St Leonards are also in the area. The beach and famous Goat Ledge Cafe are another minute or two's stroll.
This first floor flat has great views of St Leonards stretching down to the sea. Hastings Old Town is also just a 5 minute drive away. Free parking.
Not suitable for parties.
