This apartment features a spacious living room with a single sofa bed and an open plan kitchen, one bedroom with a double and a single one, a bathroom with a shower box and a lovely terrace, perfect for four guests. It is also supplied with new glazed windows, a washing machine, a Satellite TV, an American coffee maker, microwave and air conditioning. One uncovered parking space per booking. Beach distance: 950mt. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
