This is a gorgeous, fully remodeled condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale; literally walking distance to all the main attractions. (Giants Spring Training Field, Old Town Bars, Fashion Square Mall, and a 5 minute drive to Talking Stick Sports Complex & Casino.) The home is equipped with Apple HomeKit, so you can control the A/C, Front Door Lock, & lights in every room using Siri Voice control. The Master features all new carpet and tile, a King size luxury mattress (brand new), and upgraded recessed lighting. In the guest bedroom, there are two, brand new full beds, complete with gorgeous wood/tile floor throughout. The home has two bathrooms, both of which are newly remodeled as well. The kitchen and living area is an absolute dream getaway, new plush couches, brand new kitchen cabinets, beautiful granite counter tops, and a wine fridge for entertaining! Very nice place

Lovely condo, very clean and located right by Old Town and Fashion Sqaure Mall. Owner was very responsive to questions and both the couches and beds were very comfortable.

all furniture was very old. Advertised as a new remodel. Supplies were almost non-existent.The owner did order from Amazon some of the essentials like salt and pepper, washcloths, dishcloths. Skillets in the size needed were burned up teflon. No table, and one of the bar stools was broken. Extremely hard to put clean sheets on the bed. Light in hall didn't work but my husband an electrician got it to work. No instructions on how to operate the TV. Sinks drain very slow in the bathrooms, and the garbage disposal stopped working, leaked water under the sink which we cleaned up and we had to stay there while the repair was done. When we ask for a 250. refund there was no response. Also while we were there which nothing against the owners but vandals came through and damaged our car with a big rock.

Love your location

Your dishwasher is leaking and the repairman said you need a new one. Also, you need a strainer and some large casseroles to put food in. They can go in the oven.

Great location and acres to amenities

Property has a great location, recently updated and some amenities including access to golf and walking trails right out the door. The space is small and quite dark however, has sparse natural light and can feel like a cave. The kitchen is small, has no area to dine and lacks a lot of equipment you would expect in a rental.

Great location with easy walking to old town and even up to Fashion Square. Pool was great and gym had basic essentials for a good work out. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return some time.

This property was as it was described. The Scottsdale springs complex is quiet and maintained well. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved the minor issues we had during our stay. The location is great and it's an easy walk into old town.

The unit is very conveniently located within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Old Town is next door. Plenty of parking. Excellent hot tub right outside front door. Very clean and upgraded unit. Owners immediately responded to any question we had. The unit is stocked with lots of appliances, condiments, plates, silverware. Very highly recommend. The only drawback is a loud A/C unit, which is typical for condos.

This unit is extremely clean comfortable and freshly updated.

Perfect for being as active as you want to be, right on the trail, only blocks from Old Town and baseball. A couple of minutes from 101 and you’re off to wherever you want to go. The unit was recently remodeled, well done, would certainly consider it again if it’s available.

Awesome location. Great host. Excellent property.

Last minute escape from the cold up north. This place was the perfect spot to warm up. Location was perfect as we wanted to visit family in Tucson, then settle in for our time in Scottsdale. Close to Old Town and downtown Scottsdale with entertainment for the parents and our teenage kids. Easy to rent bikes and check out the town. The unit is decorated and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, cozy couch to watch a movie at night. Electronics very smart including locks on door. Whole area seemed very safe. Pool was perfect and hot tub/spa right outside the unit. Also weather cooperated as we had nearly record highs for Arizona winter. Wish we could have stayed longer. Family already talking about coming back. Final comment about the owners, excellent communication and very responsive. They made sure we had the best stay imaginable! Thanks for sharing your place with us. Hope to be back soon!
