Modern Villa Fully Equipped in Perla Resort at Gjiri i Lalzit Area. Built in two floors with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful garden.Solar panel and Air Conditioning are also installed in the villa. Only 200 meters from the best sandy beach in Albanian Adriatic.



Guests can be accommodated at three bedrooms on the upper floor. A bathroom is also in the hallway with a cabin shower. The living room is located on the ground floor with Smart TV Set. Is next to the kitchenette and dinning area. Guests can enjoy the meals inside or at the terrace outside. Another bathroom located in the ground floor as well.



We are available for our guest 24/7.

Our man on the ground is very helpfull for anything that you may need during your stay.



Perla Resort is a gated residential complex at Gjiri i Lalzit area that has been built recently.

It is made of villas and apartments. It has 24/7 security.
