Bells cottage set in a central location, ideal for couples and families wishing to explore the coastal pathways and beautiful seascapes, short road trip to Charlestown, Mevagissey, Eden Project, Carlyon Bay. Just 5min walk to train station. Take a train ride - soak up the views on your way to favourite coastal destinations: Falmouth, St.Ives, Truro.
About the property. Enter the double-fronted cottage and into the dining room; this spacious room is wonderful cosy and features a large table and chairs, perfect for family dining. Next door is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to snuggle up and watch all your favourite programmes. Back through the dining room is the light and bright kitchen, complete with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. This leads onto a utility area which is perfect for storing muddy boots or dog bowls. Upstairs, you will find three generous bedrooms. The first is a double with an en-suite shower and WC, and you’ll also find a single room and a double room. Next door is a family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.
