Bittern I Detached Bungalow with Surrounding Garden

A beautiful, comfortable, child-friendly, and energy-efficient 6-person holiday bungalow in a quiet setting. The detached bungalow, equipped with solar panels, is situated on a large lot (over 500 m²) with a lovely, spacious garden completely enclosed by a beech hedge, providing plenty of privacy. At the rear of the bungalow is a private parking space on the property. The bungalow is located approximately 50 metres from the edge of the forest and at the start of the forest trail
The partially covered patio by the French doors faces the sunny southeast. Garden furniture and a parasol are provided. The garden offers many sunny and shaded spots where you can arrange the garden furniture as you wish.

Layout
Ground Floor: entryway, staircase to the upper floor, spacious living/dining room with French doors leading to the patio, open kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, separate toilet, and a double bedroom. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD/CD player. The open kitchen has an additional window to let in more light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, gas hob, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. It also includes a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The recently renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a sink, and a designer radiator for drying towels. The double bedroom has two box-spring beds and a spacious open closet with hanging and shelving space, including room for a suitcase or garment bag. Clothing hooks on the wall. Two nightstands with bedside lamps and outlets for charging phones at the head of the bed.
Ground floor: landing with a large open closet, again with storage space for a suitcase or garment bag, storage space for the cot and high chair, and two bedrooms. The staircase leading downstairs is equipped with a child safety gate. Both bedrooms feature two box-spring beds, each with a wooden headboard at the head end that includes a bedside lamp and an outlet for charging phones, etc., a bedroom chair, and coat hooks on the wall. The southeast-facing bedroom has a covered balcony.
Storage room. Access to the storage room is located at the rear exterior of the bungalow. The washing machine is located here.

Park amenities: swimming pool, two playgrounds, a bouncy castle, table tennis, mini-golf, a cable car, a panna field, a volleyball court, and bike rentals. The park has a nice swimming pool for all ages: a small pool for toddlers and a larger pool with a bubble bench.
The reception desk doubles as a small store for basic necessities to ensure you have everything you need during your holiday!

The bungalow is smoke-free, and pets are not allowed due to potential allergies.
