• Burriana Beach: 15-20 minutes on foot down through gardens (or 3 minutes by car).

• Supermarkets (Mercadona/Carrefour): 600 metres (8 minutes on foot).

• Nerja town centre (Balcón de Europa): 5-10 minutes by car/bus.



Parking: The Oasis de Capistrano area has ample public parking spaces on the street. Although the spaces are not private, availability is usually very high, making it easy to park near the property for free, even in high season.

• Atmosphere: Area geared towards relaxation. Parties and loud noise are prohibited.

• Rules: Pets are not allowed. Smoke-free property.

• Access: The development has its own paths and stairs designed for its levels.



Pool information: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex.
