This type is suitable for 6 people and is extra luxurious. The water villas are sustainable and have solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The spacious garden is generously laid out with a decking on the water and is equipped with a jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen with Kamado BBQ.
On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and a second separate toilet. There is also an extra walk-in closet on the floor.
