Vacation home ideally located right on the Vliet

The house on the Vliet is located in the beautiful, peaceful EuroParcs IJsselmeer (formerly Bungalowpark Zuiderzee), less than 500 metres from the sandy beach of the IJsselmeer. It has its own boat dock with a swimming ladder, providing direct access to the water.

The 4-bedroom house accommodates up to 6 people (including babies and toddlers)

On the ground floor is the open-concept kitchen with living and dining areas, as well as a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom—modernised in 2022 with a floor-level shower (rain shower)—which also includes a shower stool and a new guest bathroom (2021).
On the upper floor is the main bathroom, completely renovated in January 2021, featuring a walk-in shower (rain shower), along with three additional bedrooms. A fixed cot and a changing table are provided.

The house was restyled in 2018, meaning it was equipped with designer flooring, box-spring beds, and solid wood furniture. Books, games, TV, DVDs, a Bluetooth stereo system, a Weber kettle grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, etc., are provided. 3 bicycles available for free use.

The resort features playgrounds, tennis courts, table tennis tables, and a football field, as well as an indoor pool with a tube slide—some facilities may require a fee.
Here, you can also rent a boat to explore the extensive waterways and moor directly at your own dock. Fishing is also possible right from here.

Experience a piece of Dutch culture in Medemblik, the oldest town on the IJsselmeer. Old houses, narrow streets, and picturesque facades will transport you back in time, creating a fascinating contrast with the modern and vibrant life of this town and its harbour. Highlights include, for example, Radboud Castle, the Steam Engine Museum, the Bakery Museum, the Church of St. Boniface, or a visit to the weekly market.
For sports enthusiasts, this is also a hotspot for kitesurfing, sailing, and there’s a stand-up paddleboarding school on-site. Whether you’re into fishing or a round of golf, you’ll find it here.
Other excursion destinations include, for example, the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, the city centre with its harbour in Hoorn, the cheese market in Alkmaar, or a trip to Amsterdam.
