Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Loft has two twin size daybeds. Dining room table seats six. Great lake views from deck, downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bedroom and loft. Two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Wrap around deck for outdoor relaxation. Grilling area on the side deck. Keypad entry. The property is the perfect escape to enjoy Cypress Springs Lake living at it's best! 90 minute drive from Dallas. The property was awesome. The family enjoyed it so much. The beach area was perfect and so clean. Mary was so quick with her responses and very kind. Winsboro was a neat little town with a lot of character. The neighbor across the street showed us the best fishing spots. The property was beautiful, clean, and so easy. We enjoyed it 100% and would recommend over and over

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The house had everything we needed. The fishing and swimming were great. I really enjoyed watching the fireflies in the evening. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The check-in/check-out was very easy. The owner, Mary, was very quick and responsive to questions. The community is gated and secluded which was wonderful! My only criticisms are that the outside deck/seating was dirty from a lot of bird droppings and the windows could use different window coverings. The blinds were not very private in the evenings, and the downstairs bedroom only had a thin curtain. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this property again!

My sister and I came in from Houston area to visit our Mom who lives in Winnsboro. We stayed here for the weekend and it couldn’t have been cuter! Beautiful views of the lake and quiet, quaint surroundings in the trees. The home has everything you need and is a comfortable stay. Mary was excellent as communication. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely come back to stay.

Wonderful week of rest!

This home was extremely clean, well appointed, and was everything we needed for a restful and rejuvenating time away. The owner was extremely quick to respond to messages and made the check in/check out process easy. Would definitely recommend this home and this host!

Lake Weekend

We loved the location of the house! The owner was quick to respond when we had last minute questions which was very nice. The washer and dryer was an extra plus. One thing to keep in mind is there is limited storage. We had a great stay!!
