This fabulous three bedroom, family home is set over two floors and features a wonderful private sunny garden with patio. The house has a nursery room (with cot), two bathrooms and a separate study. The bright, open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a large dining table to fit the entire family. Glass sliding doors give direct access to the patio and garden. There is a separate bright living room with a comfortable sofa, plus a smart TV. This family home sleeps up to 6 adults.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen has tonnes of natural daylight pouring in, opening out onto a lovely, large sunny garden and patio area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The utility room includes a washing machine.

GARDEN
The garden is accessible from the kitchen and features a patio area to soak up the sun.

LIVING ROOM
On the ground floor you’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a comfortable sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATH / SHOWER ROOM
- The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink and toilet.
- On the first floor there is a full family bathroom, with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.

A Nursery room contains its own cot. Please be aware we do not provide linen for the cot or nursery room. Please bring your own baby linen.

- Bedroom 1, double size bed, sleeps 2 is on the ground floor and includes wardrobe and bedside tables
- Bedroom 2, King size bed, sleeps 2 is also on the first floor with shelves and bedside tables
- Bedroom 3, 2 single beds, sleeps 2 on the first floor with bedside tables

IN ADDITION

- There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
- Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
- Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
- Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
- No Pets Allowed
