Just came back from our holiday and we had the best time.

Just came back from our holiday and we had the best time. The villa was spacious, clean and perfect for the 15 of us. The air-conditioned rooms were much always cool and the pool and surrounding area was beautiful. The hosts were always responsive and were on hand to help us when we needed it. The transfer service was a bonus and we were even able to check in early which made the start of our holiday even better! The location was perfect. There’s a beach, the Old Town and the Strip all within a 15 minute walk which was ideal for us all. I would highly recommend this villa! Thank you for an amazing stay 😊

Group of guys aged 35+ booked here for 3 nights. Villa was spot on for us would recommend. Only slight issue was only 1 set of keys to share between the group but wasn't a big deal. Host was very good a communicating

In many ways the house must have been very nice once upon a time, the outdoor area is excellent, the pool, the deck and the outside marble table. Unfortunately today there are many things that are not ok and some very serious. The main and serious problem is that there is a mould situation in the house., a lot of mould, and it will take a long time and deep construction work to get around this, one wing of the house is not usable. We were 12 people in the house, we could not use 3 rooms and in order to sleep we had to cramp all in the other wing and in the living room. The mould can be felt in the whole house, both the negative effect and the smell.The house is intended for 16 persons, but we would not recommend for more than approx 12, there are not enough chairs and benches for more. It seemed to us that the property owners are trying to save on things, the benches are very old and some broken, some of the beds are also very old, one of the shower base is broken and water leaks out (which might eventually also result in mold in the other wing), one of the fridge and freezer was in a bad shape and did not cool or freeze properly, the furnitures seem to be of low quality.We made them aware of the situation as soon as we got in the house, conversation going back and forth the first two days, some compensation was granted to us but far from the discomfort we experienced in our long awaited anniversary trip. This house has the potential to be great for a grp of 12 people.
