Description
Bonheur is a delightful holiday cottage located in the heart of Southwold, only a short stroll away from the beach, iconic Southwold Pier, vibrant High Street and the famous Adnams Brewery. This three bedroom property is ideally located to enjoy all that the popular seaside town has to offer.

The ground floor offers a sunny sitting room with a bay window giving a view of the green and St Edmund’s Church. The kitchen is fully equipped and a stable door leads out onto a small courtyard garden. Further down the hallway is the dining room with ample room for six people.

On the first floor are three bedrooms and a family bathroom plus a cloakroom. The master bedroom benefits from views of Bartholomew Green and Church. The second floor offers a family room with plenty of space for children to play games and watch movies. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining or an early morning cup of tea.

Southwold is dotted with independent boutiques and shops, an independent cinema and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Explore the renowned Southwold Pier or take a leisurely stroll along the sandy beach. Visit the famous Adnams Brewery for a taste of local brews. Nature lovers can enjoy picturesque walks along the River Blyth or take a boat trip along the heritage Suffolk coastline to spot wildlife including seals.

An ideal bolthole for a seaside holiday or a short break with family and friends.

This is a perfectly situated property for exploring Southwold. Family-friendly property with very comfy sofas in the living room. Stairs are steep but this is clearly described in the listing. We would definitely stay again.
