Ocean House (Arnuero - Isla - Noja) with garden

The Blue Villa is a semi-detached villa consisting of two houses: Casa Océano and Casa Mar (both are available for rent).
Casa Océano is the one on the left in the photo of the facade.
It sleeps 6–8 people and is located in the town of Arnuero, 3 km from the beaches of Isla and Noja.
The house features a beautiful private garden spanning over 500 metres, a porch, and parking for one car and two bicycles (upon request).
Remote work is possible thanks to the Wi-Fi connection and the two desks set up for that purpose, or at the living room table.
The layout is as follows:
* Ground floor: living-dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two 90x190 single beds (which can be converted into a bunk bed), full bathroom, washing machine, and access to the porch and garden.
* Ground floor: two bedrooms (with a 180 queen-size bed or two 90 single beds) and a full bathroom. If necessary, a travel cot and a child safety gate are also available.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
Parties are also not permitted.
