Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the garage. In the holiday complex there is a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer (shared with other guests). The holiday complex also has 2 charging stations for electric vehicles.
The beginners' ski slope with a lift is just 300 meters from the holiday complex. The free ski bus also starts from there, so in just a few minutes you can be in the wonderful Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars and lifts.
In summer there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill track in the World Cup village of Leogang is literally around the corner. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers lots of swimming fun in summer, and you can also be at Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes.
In town or in neighboring Zell am See there are plenty of shops for your daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, auch die Garage groß genug für das Auto sowie mehrere Fahrräder. Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung sehr gut, Preis-Leistung passt. Balkon ist auch ausreichend, man kann und darf auch grillen, leider ist kein Grill vor Ort. Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber weit ab vom Zentrum. Einkaufen und Restaurants nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Bitte beachten Sie: Im Haus ist die Joker-Card nicht inklusive, es müssen auch alle Seilbahnen voll bezahlt werden!
