The 2-bedroom holiday home in Tuscany is ideal for families or small groups. This place can accommodate up to 5 guests. This home has a shared swimming pool for you to enjoy the break from your daily routine.

Enjoy a day exploring the forest only 5 km away. The nearest restaurant is 2 km away if you wish to try out the local delicacies. If you run out of your essentials, the supermarket is 2 km away. A shared illuminated garden is accessible if you wish some outdoor time with your dear ones. A barbecue is in place for you to bring the best of your culinary skills.

The Wi-Fi is provided through a portable device, which offers significantly lower speed compared to the standard Wi-Fi. As this holiday home is a perfect sport to enjoy the unmatched nature and far from the nitty gritty of the city. You have all the essentials required for the perfect vacation with your family or friends.

Guests can check-in 4-6 PM, whereas the check out time is 9-10 AM.

Note: Swimming pool is opened from June 1st upto and including 1/2 October.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 85,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
