Aan keuken zijn knullig en amateuristisch wat apparaten toegevoegd, waardoor kastjes niet meer bruikbaar zijn, dwars door deuren. Helaas geen afzuigkap, dus kooklucht door hele huis. Badkamers zijn verouderd, dringend aan opknapbeurt toe. Luik woonkamer achter kan niet dicht. Geen stofzuiger in huis, niet handig met strand in de buurt. Zeker geen luxe villa, zoals geadverteerd. En o ja, de buurman feest nogal eens tot diep in de nacht.

Wat een prachtige plek! Soothing Holiday Home ligt in een rustige omgeving, perfect voor een ontspannend verblijf. We vonden de rust geweldig, ook al lag het dicht bij lokale bezienswaardigheden. Elke slaapkamer was comfortabel en we genoten vooral van het grote terras voor avondgesprekken. Het nabijgelegen strand van Almagreira was een hoogtepunt voor ons. We zouden er zeker nog eens terugkomen!
