Set within beautiful landscaped grounds and gardens in the exclusive Vila Dos Principes within the Praia D'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The house which has the sun all day is situated in a quiet, south-west facing location with views of 9th Fairway and shares 3 large heated swimming pools within 50 - 200m. The Golf Club House, Practice Area and 1st Tee are all within a few minutes walk. There are also tennis courts with a teaching academy and a 5* Marriott Hotel with health spa nearby within the resort. You have the choice of miles of spectacular beach or Obidos lagoon for water sports and swimming in the sea. Enjoy your drinks on the terrace with the sound of the sea.
