Apartment in Zoutelande near the Beach

You enter this cozy apartment directly through the patio doors. The apartment is tastefully decorated with warm colors and robust materials. The accommodation is suitable for 2 people and is located in the middle of the village of Zoutelande with the center, beach and sea within walking distance, but is nevertheless wonderfully quiet. The holiday home can be reached via the firebreak behind the house and has its own entrance. You reach the attractive living room via the private terrace. A lot of light enters the house through the large windows and you can open them wonderfully in the summer months for a direct connection to the terrace. The living room has a double sofa with a view of the cozy gas fireplace and a television with Chromecast connection. The adjoining spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate coil / cooking arrangement. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, including a hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee maker. There is also ample storage space for food. Next to the kitchen is the toilet. Via the stairs in the living room you reach the beautiful, also attractively furnished bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), bedside tables, a dresser for belongings and clothes and various hooks to hang clothes on. Directly in the bedroom there is a shower in the niche containing a rain shower, on the other side of the living room is a sink with mirror and cupboard space for toiletries, there is no separate (closed) bathroom. The entire interior of the house can be called "Hotel Chic". The house is heated by the gas fireplace and there is air conditioning for heating, cooling and ventilation. The private terrace (12m2) has sun almost all day and is equipped with two armchairs and a table, here you can also enjoy a delicious barbecue with the (mobile) barbecue present at the house. There is also sufficient space in the garden to park bicycles and there is a power point for charging electric bicycles. There is a fixed parking space at the house, but from November to February you can park for free in the entire village. There are no facilities for small children in this accommodation and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
