The location of this property was excellent. What we found lacking was, the wood floor was not very clean, the blue carpet in the living room was probably never cleaned or had not been cleaned for a very long time, this is the first time I stay in a VRBO that has a refrigerator but not even a small freezer section so that you can have some ice in your drink, and lastly, the listing says it has a BBQ grill and no grill could be found.

Hola, deseo que estés bien. Te pido, por favor, que corrijas el comentario que haces sobre Casa Ochoa en Logroño. Comentas que solo había nevera y no congelador, creo que te equivocas con otro alojamiento. También hablas de una alfombra en el salón y en Casa Ochoa no tenemos alfombras, precisamente por higiene. El apartamento no indica que tiene barbacoa, es un piso, no es una casa rural para poder tener barbacoa. Todo ello me hace pensar en que te has equivocado al evaluar Casa Ochoa y en consecuencia te agradecería corrigieras a la mayor brevedad posible para no perjudicarme. Seguimos en contacto, saludos cordiales.
